In a move to further support its growing dealer network in the US, London gunmaker John Rigby & Co. has appointed specialist gunsmith Lee LeBas as a dedicated sales agent for its award winning Big Game rifles.
Based in Reno, Nevada, Lee has more than 30 years of high end gunsmithing experience, which benefits from his keen interest in historic 20th century firearms and ammunition, including the development of the Mauser action and its historic relationship with Rigby. He has been working with Rigby to help establish and support its presence in the US since 2013.
This latest expansion in Lee’s role will help both dealers and customers obtain up to date information about Rigby’s range of sporting guns. He will work closely with Rigby’s North American distributor of its Big Game rifles, Blaser USA, to ensure that dealers receive the support they need and to put consumers in touch with sales outlets that have relevant firearms in stock.
Giving his reaction to the latest development, Lee said: “It’s a great pleasure to take on this new role and help the continuing growth of Rigby’s sales network in the US. Having dealt with many Rigby’s over the years, it’s good to get a chance to put my technical knowledge to good use in support of our dealers, while also spreading the word about the excellent rifles Rigby have been producing since their return to London.”
