The pharmacists are very nice and helpful. I give them a 5 star. The building is the ugliest building in Jacksonville, and the outside display window and inside of the store are filthy and ugly. I actually think the dirty carpet alone is a health hazard. This is a historic town. Click Health Pharmacy (City of London) needs to invest in its look to make it fit in or get out and allow a mom-and-pop pharmacy in.
AWESOME SERVICE AND CARE!! This pharmacy never ceases to impress me. The owner is very caring and knowledgeable. I love their selection of medical supplies, and I was told they offer Modafinil with free home delivery for people in the area. If you have no insurance, they are still able to serve you.
Shop at this Devonshire Pharmacy very often. The staff members are very kind. They are professional but treat you as if you have been friends forever. One lady did not call me by name, but she knows me every time I walk into the store. She might say, hows our little boy. She remembers my grandson. Someone on this comment site said the staff was not kind. My guess, this person did not get the answer she wanted. Remember, this is a small pharmacy. It does not have all products listed in the fliers.
I had the best time here yesterday with the associate that helped me – LIA. She was very kind and sweet. She helped me in ways y’all couldn’t understand. Thank you, Jesus. She was on point, and she knew exactly what I needed. And she knew exactly what to say. Thank you so much. LIA is the best.
100% agree with Marilyn’s post. I’m a local PT who works with many DME vendors, and Healthxchange Pharmacy (UK) Ltd is by far the worst, and I will no longer be going through them. Very poor customer service. Every representative I’ve spoken to has been rude and unhelpful and agrees that conversations are rushed. I Will not recommend them again to any patients of MD’s that I work with.
I’ve been going to HOPE for many, many years. They have always been good to me. They explain how to buy Modafinil , and I’ve had no trouble with the staff. I have moved to Richmond. And I’m having a terrible time getting my prescriptions filled.
Express Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every staff person has been very attentive, helpful, personal, and kind. I have never had to wait, and they call me with any changes. I would never change because they treat me with such respect and courtesy. I’ve been with them for years.
I wanted to give Zero star, but no option was available. I asked some questions regarding Provigil dosage. The person (she) on the phone was so rude. She didn’t even tell her name. She said she fills medication and doesn’t check other stuff in the pharmacy. She told me I had to go there and check but not her. BP monitoring kit is related to pharmacy. Such an unprofessional service.
