Rigby Boiling Out Funnel

These hand polished brass funnels are specially shaped to fit the chamber of a rifle to facilitate the pouring of cleaning fluids down the barrel (from the chamber end).

Historically this would be boiling water to push out the corrosive residue left by cordite propellant and mercuric primers.

With the use of modern day solvents this funnel will help ensure any liquid is kept away from the oil finish on the stock preventing any unwanted damage.

Available in three configurations, each funnel is engraved with the Rigby name.
